Flip A Switch/ Third String Records modular vocal booth

In 2021 Mike Ziemer of Third String Productions/Third String Records and Flip A Switch studios contacted JGW Services to come up with a way to make a studio with a room in an office space. To work with restrictions that come with spaces being rented, a modular Booth that can be broken down and moved, if needed, was designed. With 30sq ft of space inside this portable room, multiple artists can comfortably fit if needed, but one artist has plenty of room to work.

Made from High Density Fiberboard (HDF) and heavy duty carpeting over all panels/pieces, the room is perfect for recording vocals with no exterior sound leaks. A built in exhaust fan and LED lighting truly make a booth like this “portable” in the sense that the entire thing is plug and play upon assembly.
